You can distribute the Scotts Turf Builder Sun & Shade with the Scotts Seed Spreader. Supposing you are using the broadcast spreader, use 5½ for overseeding while 8¼ suits bare lawns. As for the Scotts Drop Spreader, choose 8½ for overseeding and 12½ for new lawns.
